I've been eating whipped honey from the farmer's market straight out of the jar.
Supposedly honey isn't vegan. So vegans use agave.

Day 4 of the juice fast complete, moving onto Day 5. 
Feeling just a tad better than yesterday.

The purpose of this fast is to detox the built-up toxins and crap that's been sitting my in cells and fat for 26 years. At the end of this I'll feel renewed, cleaned out, and reach some sort of enlightenment. 

All in the name of health!

Pain

Day 3 of the fast, 5th day overall counting pre-fast.

Bougie

Today is the first of my juice fast.
Apart from health benefits that it supposedly provides, I look forward to exploring the hunger millions of people are faced with every day as a real issue.

It's kind of sad at the same time that I choose to do this because I can. "Oh, cool let's see what starving feels like!" Very bougie.

Forecast Overcast

No Swimming

Tried to go for a swim today at the gym only to be met by a wet traffic of at least 4 people per lane. Had no desire to swim in lukewarm water with three lanes worth of water aerobics class, a splashing big section of kids (what were they doing at the pool at 7pm??) and a mad rush to fit into a long rotation.

Shall try again tomorrow.
